At IndianGenz.store, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


🛍️ Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their orders in two ways:
    1. WhatsApp Support: You can contact our customer support team on WhatsApp with your Order ID and other necessary details to request a cancellation.

    2. Website Option: You may also cancel your order directly through our website before it has been shipped.

  • Cancellation after dispatch: Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return request after delivery.


🔄 Return Policy

  • Customers can return their products within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact our WhatsApp Support team with your Order ID and clear images of the product.

  • Once the return is approved, you will be guided through the return shipping process.

  • A return shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account or UPI).

  • The ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.


⚠️ Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or personalized products (such as custom printed T-shirts, photo frames, or any product made on request) are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or incorrect handling will also not be accepted for return.
